We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at blackberrylanecandles@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return details. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can contact us for any return question at blackberrylanecandles@gmail.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us which is not refundable. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service with items packaged to reach us safely.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure images are retrieved for any damage to your parcel and products caused during transit.
